Flower Care Tips

  • Keep the water clean by replenishing it frequently, as our flowers are heavy drinkers.

  • Position flowers away from direct bright light, heat sources, and ripening fruits and vegetables.

  • Trim the stems by about 1/2” each time you change the water.

  • Mist the petals of the flowers with water to keep them hydrated, especially if the air is dry.

  • Use a clean vessel—one that is clean enough to drink from.

  • Remove fading blooms. This practice helps to keep the water clean.

  • Following these tips should help keep your flowers fresh and vibrant for a longer period in the vase.

  • Caution! Some varieties (foxglove, daffodils, gladiolus, larkspur, lavender, oregano, sweet pea, yarrow) are harmful to pets and children if ingested. Keep them out of reach.
