FAQs
Can I request certain colors?
Yes, but your request is not guaranteed. Color options are based on what’s currently available.
Can I place an order for same day pick up?
I appreciate receiving advance notice of at least 24-48 hours. This timeframe enables me to harvest flowers at the optimal time of day (early morning or evening) and allows the blooms to fully rehydrate. Additionally, add the desired pick up day when checking out.
For instance, if you plan to pick up on Friday, please place your order by Thursday morning.
How long will my flowers last?
The duration of flower freshness varies based on the flower type and post-harvest care. Dahlias and sweet peas typically last up to 5 days, while zinnias, sunflowers, celosia, and gomphrena can maintain their beauty for 7-14 days. For more detailed care instructions, please consult our Flower Care Tips.
What is the difference between grocery store flowers and your flowers?
Our flowers are locally grown using organic practices and products. They are safe to handle and welcome in your home. In contrast, flowers from the grocery store are often treated with pesticides and preservatives. Additionally, the majority are cultivated outside the U.S. and shipped, resulting in blooms that are already days to weeks old.
Do you offer refunds?
No, however, we do provide replacement flowers. The longevity of your blooms is not guaranteed, but we offer flower care tips to enhance their vase life. Please consider that you are acquiring a fresh product free from preservatives and chemicals.
